Sharlife Strengthens Strategic Partnership with Yayasan Tadabbur

Bangi, 9 December 2025: Sharlife Sdn. Bhd. recently paid an official visit to Yayasan Tadabbur for a strategic meeting characterized by professionalism and a spirit of collaboration. The Sharlife delegation was led by our Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mohamad Zulhaikal Mat Zukri, alongside Mr. Adnin and Ms. Aqilah. On March 29, 2024, we gathered for a Shariah Committee Meeting at Sharlife's office. Our Shariah Advisor, Ustaz Fauwaz bin Fadzil, and our committee members covered several topics to ensure our services adhere to Shariah principles. Topics discussed included the provision of eggs freezing services, the application of Shariah guidelines to memecoins, and the determination of zakat on memecoins. Additionally, we delved into the Shariah guidelines for AI projects, particularly in the context of developing AI for the deceased. We also explored the Shariah status for cryptocurrencies exchange platform and swap services platforms that accommodating both Shariah-compliant and non-compliant tokens, along with the classification of cryptocurrency as "fulus" within Shariah frameworks. Sharlife and MyCARE Collaborate to Facilitate Digital Asset Donations for Humanitarian Aid in Gaza

On 17 November, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony between Sharlife and MyCARE took place at the headquarters of MyCare in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. Through this collaboration, digital asset holders now have the opportunity to contribute to humanitarian efforts for the reconstruction of Gaza by donating their digital assets directly to MyCARE via the platform provided by Sharlife. Sharlife extends its appreciation to MyCARE for their cooperation in realising the Palestinian humanitarian digital asset platform. With this initiative, MyCARE is now the first and only NGO in Malaysia to offer an alternative channel for humanitarian contributions in the form of digital assets for Palestine.
